We are sure you’ll have questions before you come to us so the following a just a few of the more recently asked ones.

Can I choose the vehicle?

Yes, absolutely.

For our 4×4 sessions, we have pick-up trucks and Land Rover Defenders available, and for our ATV sessions, we have a fleet of Kubota RTVs.

Is it dangerous?

All of our drivers are certified with and accredited by the British Off-Road Driving Association, and the vehicles we run are all extremely capable in an off-road environment.

You will never be placed in a dangerous situation, though it is of course vital that you listen to your instructor at all times to ensure your experience is both safe and enjoyable.

What should I wear?

We always advise that customer dress for the unpredictable Yorkshire weather conditions, so prioritise comfort and warmth.

Most importantly, however, we suggest comfortable but sturdy footwear.

Do you close in bad weather?

We operate and remain open in all weather conditions.

However, a risk assessment is undertaken each morning and should there be any reason we deem conditions to be dangerous, we will call you at the earliest opportunity to rebook your session.

Do I need a driving licence?

All those who wish to drive the vehicles will be required to present a full clean valid UK driving licence.

Anyone who would like to simply be a passenger in the vehicle does not need to own a driving licence, but they do need to be able to get in and out of the vehicle unaided and of an age able to hold themselves up with the use of a seatbelt and/or booster seat.

Children are more than welcome to accompany parents on sessions, but we do advise a minimum age of 4 years old for passengers.

Will I have to share the vehicle with people I don't know?

No – we never put you in a vehicle with a party separate to your own.

When and how can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and please note we require full payment on booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Should you be unable to attend a booking, please note we require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rearrangements.

This allows us time to alter arrangements with our drivers, as well as giving us sufficient time to rebook any newly-vacated slot.
